In his article on hydrogen buses for public transport, Sueddeutsche Zeitung editor Stefan Salger reports on Proton Motor’s future technology. For the district of Fuerstenfeldbruck, the “Free Voters” party (“Freie Waehler”) wants to speed up the use of buses, whose combustion engines are replaced by hydrogen-powered fuel cells.

In this context, Salger refers to the recent milestone in Proton Motor`s development, after garbage collection vehicles, the so-called “REVIVE Trucks”, were equipped with the HyRange® system for range reinforcement. Now, for the first time, an alternative Proton Motor drive is being integrated into a rail milling train.
