At a Meet & Greet networking event yesterday, the award ceremony of the DIND – German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation took place for the first time as part of the world exhibition Digital X in Cologne. Proton Motor Fuel Cell was honoured with the Top Service 2022 award. The initiative "Employers of the Future" is significantly supported by the German former Federal Minister of Justice and Economic Affairs Brigitte Zypries as chief editor of the magazine "DUP – Die Unternehmerplattform" (*The Entrepreneur Platform*.)
Digital transformation as a factor of innovation
The prerequisite for the selection procedure was participation in a trend study in the spring, which analysed the availability, solution competence and fast flexibility of companies in the B2B business. For example, it was examined how digital tools are used to improve the customer experience. The digital transformation is rated as a decisive factor for technological innovation in order to achieve sustainable positioning through service quality.
